AIShell – preview 6 with MCP Preview and better PowerShell integration

AIShell made its next evolutionary step and introduced MCP support with preview version 6. Steven Bucher from the PowerShell engineering team did an introductional post on the new feature here. Its for example possible to add files from your local directory as MCP content. Cool stuff !

A better version of whoami

Windows Terminal 1.23 (stable) 1.24 (preview)

PowerShell Users on Windows will most likely use Windows Terminal, like macOS Users use iTerm3. Terminal 1.23 offers a couple of interesting new features in window-management and UI-settings. Version 1.24 will offer multilingual support, better extension management and a lot of other useful stuff. Read more here.
